The 2025-2026 Miss CHSRA D1 Queen is Jenna Joe Neilsen of Cottonwood, CA. She is a 6th generation cowgirl and the daughter of Tal and Karen Neilsen. Jenna is a Junior at the Evergreen Institute of Excellence and is also a student at Shasta College working towards her Animal Science degree.
