The California High School Rodeo Association is part of the National High School Rodeo Association; an international, non-profit organization dedicated to the development of sportsmanship, horsemanship, education and the character of the youth in our country through the sport of rodeo.

The California High School Rodeo Association (CHSRA) is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of representatives from each of California's nine districts, elected executive officers, and student officers.

Executive Officers include the California National Directors for both the High School and Junior High Divisions, the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, 3rd Vice President, and 4th Vice President. These officers are elected by and from the Board of Directors during the annual State Finals Board Meeting and provide leadership for the organization throughout the year.
