    Our members typically compete in the following Rodeo events.  These events include individual competition and team competition events.  These events include:

Bareback Riding
Cowboys try to ride a bucking horse without a saddle.
Barrel Racing
Cowgirls race the clock as they maneuver their horses around three barrels.
Breakaway Roping
Cowgirls on horseback try to rope a running calf.
Bull Riding
Cowboys try to ride a bucking bull with one hand.
Tie Down Roping
Cowboys rope a running calf then wrestle it to the ground before tying three legs together.
Goat Tying
Cowgirls ride to a tied goat before flipping it over and tying three legs together.
Pole Bending
Cowgirls weave their horses around poles as they race the clock.
Saddle Bronc Riding
Cowboys focus on technique as they ride a bucking horse.
Steer Wrestling
Cowboys dismount their galloping horse to wrestle a running steer to the ground.
Team Roping
Two riders try to rope a steer by its horns and rear feet in this timed event.
Boys and Girls Cutting
The challenge is to select a single calf from the herd, gently guide it into the center of the arena and then prevent it from escaping back to the herd.
